He currently serves as Chairman, Gurudwara Majnu Ka Tila; Spokesperson, BJP Delhi State; President, All India Sikh Council; and President, Soul of Humanity Foundation.
He has previously held key positions with the Government of Delhi, including Ex–Chief Minister’s Representative, Ex–Chief Nodal Officer, and Ex–Member, Delhi Minorities Commission (GNCTD). This leadership foundation informs her work across healthcare awareness, survivorship support, and social impact initiatives.
As the Founder of Moksha – The Soul Path, Kaajal leads programs that support cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and communities through emotional stabilization, spiritual grounding, and holistic mind–body integration. Her work focuses on helping cancer survivors move6 beyond survival into restored confidence, agency, and conscious living.

He serves as the Legal Advisor to the All India Sikh Council and the Legal Advisor to the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC), providing key support in policy matters, legal representation, and protection of community rights.
Previously, he contributed as Legal Advisor to the Delhi Minorities Commission, offering legal expertise on public welfare, minority rights, and administrative affairs.
